Initial 3D Model Generation Underway for Pilot Heritage Sites

The collected datasets are currently being processed to generate accurate 3D models of Fortress Goražde and Žabljak Crnojevića. The workflow includes image alignment, point cloud generation, mesh reconstruction, texturing, and quality verification to ensure high levels of precision and visual fidelity.

Preliminary quality checks have already confirmed the integrity and completeness of the captured data. The first versions of the 3D models are expected to be finalized in the coming weeks, marking an important milestone in the digital preservation and interpretation of these cultural heritage sites.
